About us
• In 2016, Adient decided to enter the exciting Aircraft Seating market, and bring our Automotive DNA and know-how to this market.

• We announced the creation of Adient Aerospace in 2017. Adient Aerospace is a Joint Venture between Adient and The Boeing Company.

• During October 2018, we officially launched the company, with a strong team of Aircraft Interiors Experts and Automotive Engineers.

• In October 2019, following a year of collaboration and partnership, completed the acquisition of LIFT.
We gained a dedicated expert team of employees and a ready for market Economy Seat to add to our portfolio of Aircraft Seating Products.

• In 2020 our first business class suite Ascent is fully tested and certified.

• 2021 first deliveries of Ascent business class suite.

Expanding into Airbus programs and launched two new Narrow-body lie flat business class seats- Ascent and Altitude

Celebrated 5-year anniversary, grew to over 500 employees and added another manufacturing facility in California
